It should come from the artist who feels a certain need for a way his work needs to be presented. ann demeester in a r t i s t f u t u r e a g e n t interviews In my annual presentation universal open process I choose to work with the format of a book-stand as they happen to appear in galleries, at artist-run spaces and symposia. Means of re-presentation as postcards, press-releases, folders and brochures serve as surface, through which everything seems debateable. Playing with these formats I can smuggle my ideas: the I/C/H profession profile, the proposal for the interventionist project agency, the con_gress information centre and others.
